Looking for downloading solution

Guys I resently swiched from XP sp3 to windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. So my ages old Auto power on & shutdown which was powring up my PC 2:00 AM and hibirnating it at 8:00 AM not working in this new OS.

Nethier my net connection and deconnection maker (sheduler setup) working in new OS so please suggest me softwares for both thease jobs in windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.

try this dude's software.

or you could try to do the auto start and hibernate/sleep option in task manager. i do the same with task manager and it works well in my win 7 x64 system.

Does this program Power On PC from shutdown mode OR hibernate mode?

It power up PC from hibernate mode.

You can use the Windows 7's Task Scheduler to do this, though your BIOS should support auto power on from hibernate/standby (even my good ol' computer has that feature, so don't worry).

An application which might be useful to you is Telnet Scripting Tool, which can be used to reboot the router/modem using telnet commands.
