Looking for free psd templates for commercial banners, flyers etc for social media marketing

My friend is looking for free Photoshop (psd) templates which are ready to edit for commercial purposes for banners and flyers for Social Media marketing.
I have checked some websites but most of them are premium and my friend is trying to look into free resources before opt-in for premium websites such as shutterstock.
I would appreciate if someone can help me find any free resources.
