As the Header said looking for P45 chipset board (the Abit IP35P) will do as well.
Not looking for any bells and whistles on it.

Willing to pay watever seems fair for the item and can/will take opinions of members here for that.

ALso have a 160 GB HDD seagate (newly RMAed) to trade for.
