Can anyone point me to a Home loan calculator online or offine with flexibility to change the interest rate in between a loan term and see the effect on repayments over time while keeping EMI same. I don't want to go about creating my own calculator if I can fine one ready made.
I simply need a monthly break up of interest and principal amount and its ridiculous that HDFC cannot give a monthly statement containing the break up for EMI already paid. I mean how hard can it be? They have a bunch of useless statements that give the tentative break up for whole year when they don't even know when interest rates can change.
