Just to inform other guys that deal has been done with Saif.
Will do installation/configuration tomorrow and will update the status.

Was not well for past 3 days, so could not update the post.
Installed and configured the cabinet. It's in perfect condition, just a little bit dusty. That's fine for a good deal. ;)
