Looking for Refrigerator 180-200 Lt

Hello,

Looking to buy a small refrigerator. Have visited Croma and looked at a few brands.
Samsung, Whirlpool, L.G (Was advised against buying this ), Videocon.

Any suggestions what to go for. My budget is limited to less than 15k .

Well just go to the B.E.E website see which has the best efficiency and useful inside space.

Frost free ones consume more power while the direct cool ones consume less power.
 
If you are a veggie then avoid frost free. You will save a lot.

There is only one model of whirlpool in sub 200 ltrs which comes in frost free version at about 13k. Rest all would be direct cool.

Ok but I was not able to find that document on their website. Have they taken that down.

Yes I saw Whirlpool. It does not removable side door gasket (Some say this is good some say its a problem) and no Silver nano coating on the inside which will make them yellowish soon. This is not a problem with Samsung.

If you can get Sub 200 Ltr Hitachi then nothing can beat the quality otherwise Samsung is good as always.

Samsung, as me & my friend have Samsung ref. 1.5 & 2.5 yrs old respectively , no problem so far :)

After sales service is very good.

I never register my ref. with samsung but just within 48 hrs of buying - 2 well knowledge executives from Samsung visit my place & give demo & answer all of our noobish questions. Also had an call from Chennai about representatives visit & if we are satisfied with or not. :)
 
I have a Samsung one. the build quality is pathetic. There is no problems so far. (only 2 yrs old). But compared to my 1989 model voltas ( still working fine @ my home) samsung is nothing.

I am still looking for a refri. with good build quality both inside and outside. Could not find one.

Which city? See samsung's 230 liters single door as well. 190 liters and 210 liters both have same 2 nos of rack, 230 has 3 racks.

I'm in Pune. Actually not looking very big. I'm looking at max 200 Lts. So not yet taken any call between Samsung and Whirlpool.
