Hi Guys,
I am looking to get an OLED tv within 1.2 lacs pls suggestions welcome, brands preferred is (Sony,LG,samsung)
PS~ is the LG C4 a good choice or is there something better

If you're buying TVs, make sure to buy offline and negotiate as much as possible between retailers.

I got a Samsung S90C 65" for 1.4L 2 years ago during Diwali sales.
The MRP both offline and online was 1.85L.
EDIT: Just checked my photos, offline MRP was 1.85L, online was ~2L!
These retailers have big margins and give competitive prices when there is stock to offload or targets to achieve.
But you still have to negotiate.

As for your choices, this is a good time to look into last year's models as retailers should be looking to offload them to get this year's stock in.
So try for LG C4 and/or Samsung S90D. Whichever is cheaper.

Spec wise it's a toss up between them.
In stores the settings aren't optimal so they might seem different when they are ideally not.

To summarize, Samsung has better colors and off axis viewing, while LG has Dolby Vision and a better UX
So just get whichever is cheaper / has a longer warranty.

Go to individual company stores AND big retailers like RD and Chroma when negotiating.
You never know who'll offer better discounts.
Make sure to play them off each other (by saying things like RD was giving me more discount / I have been a Samsung/LG customer for long enough and if you give me a good price I'll buy it right now / can you add accessories like TWS instead of discounts etc).

I just bought the S90D 55 inches yesterday and own a LG C2 for my PC.

S90D costed me 99.5 via croma.

The best deal i got offered for the LG C4 was 1.04 Lakhs.

Both prices are final after cashback/discounts.

I know C2 vs S90D is not a proper comparison but the colors and brightness is definetly better on the S90D.

Here is a picture of both playing not the same content but same movie at max brightness. (S90D on the right)

Since it's Chroma, if you want you can share your receipt with @Leshy and he can use it for his purchase as well.
These bigger retailers usually match their own receipts no matter the location.

EDIT: Still negotiate though.
My RD S90C receipt was for 1.4L, but someone used it to score a better deal at 1.35L just 3 days after my purchase!

No, stay away. LG B3 55" was under 90k for quite some time earlier. 2 of my friends bought it from amazon.

Even though local shops will start high (like 1.4L), you should be able to get LG C4 55" for 1.2L now or at max 1.25L. It is the general price for this, especially considering C5 is around the corner. I recommend visiting LG's official showroom, CC will be required to get the best price.
