my budget max 15k only for GPU
For 700 watt PSU budget depends upon the product

My friend will get a new "HIS R9 270X IceQ X² Turbo Boost Clock 2GB" GPU tomorrow and will be selling for 15.5k shipped.

You must be wondering why is he selling the gpu which he will purchase tomorrow so here is a little story :)

He had a GPU which had a problem and he was offered a replacement which went bad in a month so they gave him 'credit note'. Now he is stuck as he has made a deal for gtx760 during RMA period so now he will pay extra amount and buy a new card from them and sell it.

Card will have full warranty and wont be used even once. Bill box every thing that comes with new GPU

10k + shipping costs. New ones are 14k+ and this one can potentially be rma'd for a new ax 860i which has platinum efficiency.
