Storage Solutions Lost password on my password protected DVD !

I have burnt some dvd with nero and used password protection....
But I lost my password .....
Is there anyway i can get back the data from the password protected dvd..
 
Now I know mine post is not going to help at all, but for future sake always use something like keepass. I have been using it for more than 5years and never missed a single authentication.

But after that incident i have been using evernote.....and it good....

and also My pass was lost when my HDD crashed i regret of not keeping backups....

SoMxNemesis i will be grateful if u help me out of this .....
