Low budget upgrade for 10k

guys, looking for a CPU + Mobo upgrade for a relative's PC.

Requirements:

Web surfing, Office work, casual gaming and might go for a HTPC graphic card

I'm looking for:

CPU

Mobo

RAM

budget HTPC graphic card

Thing which i have decided already:

Zebronics Bili cabinet with a cheap SMPS, i know that buying a good brand's smps will be safe but i couldn't him. So, all in all budget is just 10k for all the above included items plus the cabinet and the smps.

i've decided to go for an intel dual core/amd, please suggest something..

Also, i wanted to ask if those inbuilt atom/apu boards will be able to fulfill the needs..

#jakob will going for intel g620 be better than the above one? as the socket will be 1155, the rig will be open for upgradation, i think..

also, if i get a decent mobo with good igp which can play game like nfs, or gta 4 upto doable levels, i'd invest more on the mobo and leave the gfx.. currently reading about sandybridge, if it can help with some casual gaming..
 
In that case, go for the G620 + H61 combo. Go for 1x4GB for now, get another 4GB later one. When you have around 6K/7K to spend, go for a 6670/7750
 
The G620 is a pretty good bet for casual gaming and HD playback.

Intel G620 ~ 3.4k

Asus P8H61-M PLUS2 ~ 3.7k/ Gigabyte H61M-S2P-B3 ~ 3.2k

Corsair 4GB DDR 3 RAM ~ 1.2k
 
G620 is a pretty good deal also with external gpu,go for Sapphire HD6670-5.2k OR HD6770-6.2k it'll be good enough for casual gaming.

i bought all the things from Nehru Place today, prices are as under:

intel g620 and H61M-D2H :- 2690 + 3250 + 5% vat = Rs. 6237

corsair ram 4gb - 1170/-

zebronics bijli cabinet - 1850/- inc 450watts zebby smps

nah, will ask my uncle again if he wants a gpu? maybe providing him with some nice games is gonna get him interested..

about prices, even i was surprised after hearing the prices of g620 proccy..
