Low end gaming PC

Hi,

Looking for a low end gaming for my cousin. Budget is 20K.

He's in 10 standard. From what he has now, this is what I plan to re-use for the new one

Monitor

Keyboard

Mouse

Speaker

SATA HDD

And this is what I need

Cabinet

Motherboard (Intel/Gigabyte)

PSU

RAM (4G)

CPU (i3/AMD)

GFX card (a decent/low end 1GB card)

He won't be playing any high end games. He's mostly interested in racing games, NFS and the like. He'll be running Windows 7 and Ubuntu (school uses it) on it. Occasionally watches movies (mostly CD's) and listens to music. No plans to upgrade for at least 2 years.

Can someone please suggest the components ? I'm in Bangalore and can visit a few shops at SP Road if needed. Else I'll order parts online.

TIA,

Arun

An i3-2100(even a G620 should be OK)+DH61WW+4GB Corsair+CM Elite 310+CX430v2 should be good enough

Use the leftover money to buy whichever best video card fits into the budget (Even onboard may be good enough depending on the resolution)

Core i3 2100 ~6200/-

Intel DH67-BL ~5800/-

Corsair XMS 3 4GB x1 ~1600/-

AMD HD 7750 1GB ~6500/-

Corsair CX V2 430W ~2300/-

NZXT Source 210 Elite ~2100/-

This is what I pitch, hope it helps. Cheers!!

For good shops on S.P. Road where these components can be bought --

1) Aashirwaad Computers

2) Jainex Computers

3) Golccha IT Trade [you will find the NZXT cabinet only here]

What if he waits for Trinity parts? Would be much cheaper overall, while providing near similar graphical performance(not same as HD7750, but hey! IGP!)

When does it release any solid data will be valuable, even then it won't be able to beat a Core i3 + HD 7750 in outright gaming performance. No guarantees on pricing either.

Core i3 set-up is the best bid for OP as of now.
