Low latency to UK TF2 servers

I had a dual connection on with Tata and VSNL.
Both of them gave excellent pings to Indian and SG servers with the Exatt one giving less than 130 pings to UK servers as well. For any one who plays TF2 will tell you how great is that ping, when you get to play on better PUB servers in UK.
Exatt however is no longer available in Mulund, Mumbai on Globcast.

For anyone else in the area around, can you please check pings for UKCS servers or GTFOgaming servers in the UK on any other ISP than tata and tell me what is your experience about the connection. Prices and bandwidth available will be an added bonus if anyone can provide a link or mention the prices.

If you are planning of getting MTNL, there is always a minimum waiting period between applying and getting the connection. The time varies from a minimum of 3-4 weeks to months.
Priority is given to new customers who opt for the "Unlimited Plans" which gets activated immediately.

I am on MTNL but have never tried UK servers. but SG servers ping around 80-150 and local servers are <60 in TF2.
