Low power headless torrentbox.

My dockstar is dead after serving faithfully for 4 years.

I need a low cost solution for 24x7 torrentbox.

Options are
i) pogoplug 4
ii) R-pi
iii) Odroid C1
iv) Android TV stick

I really like the Odroid C1 for the specs and price.

I also have a Android TV stick but I don't know how it will fare doing 24x7 duty. Also i need an powered USB hub to attach an external HDD with the TV stick.

Pogoplug is the cheapest but least powerful.

I'm confused guys. Please help.

Yesterday I found that actually the Dockstar is still alive. Its the power supply that gave up.
The good thing is the power supply is 12V, 2A.
I tried connecting one of the USB ports to a powered USB hub and it booted!!
I used the power adapter of my set top box, 5A, 1A and it booted!!
I have ordered a 12V, 2A power supply and saved some money for now.

What's a dockstar? Even I'm planning to download torrents without a PC and I'm looking at the cheapest option. What would you suggest?

Seagate's FreeAgent DockStar Network Adapter is the successor to its FreeAgent GoDock+, the optional docking station for Seagate's line of Seagate FreeAgent Go portable drives. DockStar sets the Go drive free by making it not only network-enabled but also remotely-accessible.

It was hacked to run a headless debian installation for 24X7 torrent downloader with power consumption of <20W. It is no more in production. Here is full thread on dockstar in TE.
At present the options of low power torrent downloader are:
i) Router with USB and OpenWRT installation capability.
ii) Plug computer like Pogoplug (can be had <Rs. 2000 in Amazon)
iii) Single board computers like Raspberry pi, banana pi, Odroid C1 etc (Rs. 3-4K)
