Graphic Cards Low profile bracket needed

Hi friends.

Well i have a 9500Gt "low profile" as claimed by xfx..but the thing has a regular full height bracket and there is no extra bracket for low profile..even tho' the card is half height, the bracket is the culprit..not only is it not low profile..gng by the bracket offering its not even low profile ready..bad...

so this begs the question.....is low profile brackets available in india?? how bout the local distris...if they willing to let go of one??

Tried the bay usa import thing and its 700 bucks..no ways!!!!

Btw any one tried making their own bracket?
 
Well i could source a low profile bracket from a friend who has slim cabby.Its a solid metal piece.

So now, how do i go about cutting this metal to make way for the D-Sub/Vga port?

Please bear in mind i have no access to any cutting tools, hence will have to be done from outside.

Any pointers ?
