my bsnl broadband S.N.R drops to 6-7db during day times(from morning hours @ 9-10 a.m particularly when all the offices,shops,etc starts ) but begins to normalise after dusk (after 8-9 p.m) to its best 18-19 db at late night hours after 1-2 a.m Asked s.d.e local exchange, said this is line congestion as this happens when everyone uses the internet during that time! But i really don't know what's causing this,because previously i used to get rocksteady S.N.R above 30-32 db all the time including day time? ...btw, my cable pair was changed sometimes ago when after rain there was noise in the telephone call ,which was sorted by change of cable pair. Any Idea ppls &how do I solve the problem?
