low speed of bsnl broadband on u torrent

dear members i have one problems from past days .i have bsnl 500 combo plan
i have my downloading and uploading speed is slow than before i have...at this time my transfer rate is 150kb/s and uploading is 30kb/s but before few weeks it is 190kb/s and uploading is 6okb/s..i check my u torrent setting and pc setting and ..all other things..but i think it is from bsnl side...can anybody help me in this matter????????

Speeds as expected.

Wait till somebody from 500 combo plan can confirm.

Or better somebody from Punjab side.

Any changes you made recently ?
