Monitors Low voltage on monitoring software

I used HWmonitor and speed fan tomonitor voltages and it showing very low voltages on 12v and 5v rails

But the voltages in BIOS are stable.

Tested the voltage using DMM and it is showing 12.39-12.38v on 12v rail and 5.17-5.16v on 5v rail on DMM when HWmonitor and speedfan are showing 8.9v on 12v rail and 3.8v on 5v rail.

What could be the problem?

Could this be leading to this (http://www.techenclave.com/cpu-mobo-corner/msi-h67-e35-mobo-sound-problem-199037.html) ?
 
Try the latest version of AIDA64 and see what it reports. Many of the software readings reported crazy voltages for my motherboard. The latest version of AIDA64 reported it correctly.

And since you have measured it with a digital meter, you have nothing to worry at all. :)
