lowest SAR rated phone in india?

Hi,

can anyone help me in identifying the cellphone(s) with the lowest SAR rating that are available in india?

as i said, it should have a very low SAR rating, budget is 5k, though i can exceed if reqd. I need this phone just for talking and texting and nothing else (my talking goes for several hours a day, hence i desperately need to get a low SAR rated phone asap). Camera, gprs, memo slot etc. would be nice to have, but not really looking at that. but it should have a earphone or bluetooth earpiece facility, which again goes on to reduce radiation.

I bit late to post this as a reply, but in case a similar question is asked later... The Samsung Metro 3600 is the lowest I've seen. Got it a few days ago. Would anyone believe that in a sub-4K phone, the "highest possible SAR" is as low as 0.24 ?! It's even lower than what I'd hoped to buy. Phone is pretty good, too, except for the initial delay in getting used to the menu :)
