Has anyone availed this scheme for tax exemption ,The main question is are we limited by the Annual LTA in salary slip ?
Suppose an annual LTA component in 2020-2021 salary slip would be lets say 36000
the max per person claim is 36000 , to avail complete amount one should spend 1.8 lakh where gst component is @12 or above ,payment done via digital form
What if one spends 2.16 lakh with bills etc , will there be any form of rebate of additional 36000 by government or one is restricted by the LTA component of his/hers salary slip.
