Looking to purchase digitizer/touch screen (hoping both mean the same) of Lumia 520 or any other model which will fit for Lumia 520. My capacitive buttons are not working. .. thinking of changing the touch. In case if you have any bricked phone or spare parts, let me know

I think the screen is the actual screen i.e. the display, and the digitizer would be the thing that converts touch into capaciative response or something.
As for a cheaper solution you will need to look for someone with a dead phone. I doubt anyone would sell you a used one below 2k (justified or not).
