How do you define...was this deal on TE ?

We have Amarbir on TE....and he sells 10k no of product...all of that doesn't need to be here in a thread.

He is a dealer on TE and if any TE member deals with him....this deal will be considered done as a PART and PARCEL of TE. He is supposed to be an official dealer on TE and the least mods/members can do is help nizarp to get a replacement/refund from Amarbir. Lets keep banning and getting the dealer out of TE out of the scene now. Let Amarbir post his side of the story as well and I am sure after seeing all this he will give a refund/replacement or a similar product from his store or at least a store credit of similar amount.

When the registered dealer post his website link and tells you to buy from there-- Whats that

Are me and other poor souls who might be having a website/eshop allowed to post their links

No your link would be immediately edited and that time one should register as a dealer right ...

so whats that ?

(ps- i dont have any website or shop , its example sake and my no link edited )

@admins/mods why dont you clear the air once for all

Any thing listed on dealers website be considered as sale through TE for members

or

Dealers list all items they want to sell to TE members which might be different or less or more than products listed on their websites

AND

Stop sending us to their websites for purchase

Its pure referral in classic sense

Once you buy something from registered dealer in TE than next time you head over to his website first then check in TE if he has made a thread , pm him for prices OR straight away pm him or call him for availability , prices and shipping

So that transaction when completed is in TE or out of it ?

Some time back Amarbir had made a thread about HDD repairs in TE , after reading that i called him up sent my external HDD but had a very bad experience

except the thread everything was on mobile and in person so was it on TE or out of TE ?

Its quite old , and i dont want to leave a feedback or discuss that but want to know the TE stance on the issue
 
6 months is a long time. any response yet from Amarbir? I see him ( rather his account) online yesterday (Yesterday 02:14 PM) .
 
^^And you shouldn't expect too going by the way people have earlier been treated. Also did you PM the mods about this. The next time a new thread comes up from this dealer, we should first ask about this case :|
 
Yes, I did sent a PM and email to mods and this was the reply.

"Go ahead and post it in feedback section. Let him reply there"

Because he is visiting the forums and posting in all other threads but not here. :|
 
No, I still didn't get any reply from him. I think he is purposefully avoiding this.

Now I would like to know if there is something the mods/admins can do on this matter.

Amarbhir is online right now and I believe he has already seen this thread but he don't want to reply to this.

That is why everyone is asking you to create a new thread so he will be forced to reply .
 
And additionally in all his SALE threads give link to your main thread and tell him to respond. He is deliberately not responding. This is sick.
