After lots of thinking, I realized I no longer have much use for this device since it lacks XLR inputs. So I'm getting one that does. This was purchased in the US around Sept 2006 so has US warranty. However I'll take care of returns(for the duration of remaining warranty - arnd 9 months) in case something goes wrong as long as the buyer ships me the unit. I'll ship it with both 110V and 220V power wall warts so it can be carried along and used anywhere in the world.
For ppl buying high end headphones, this is an excellent complement to go with it... since it has an amplified headphone Socket.
