Laptops Ma Laptop Speakers not Working

Hi folks i have a weird problem in ma laptop ma laptop speakers are not working even though i have the correct drivers and when i connect the headphones or speakers they work fine this problem has occured all of a sudden dont know what to do its very annoying coz if i take ma laptop anywhere out i can listen to music ntn i cna do mine is a gateway MX3416 laptop initailly it was working fine i dont know what to do plsssssssss help me :(
