Hi folks i have just moved from Bangalore to Chennai and i am staying in thiruvanmiyur.
I had applied for Airtel BB 256Kbps Unlimited connection. Never got my connection for 10 days. I had to call the CC and blast them - i used to get all weird reasons saying ports are full, ports are faulty. But today i made one final call to CC and spoke to them regarding the issue i faced. There was this female who was a manager she promised tat it will be done in 3 days but to ma shock a guy comes around 4PM today fixes the cabling and leaves. He told me that the engg will come before 8.30 and will setup my line. I never believed it coz after what i went thru, i called hathway and asked them whether they have connectivity in my area and charges. And again a shock from airtel, i got a call around 22.30 from airtel saying that he will come and fix the line in 10 mins. i was shocked to see how private operators work. He comes to ma place at 2300 hrs and sets up the line. I thanked him a lot. Trust me folks this was the best exp i had from airtel even though they delayed, the enggs came around 2300 hrs and had setup the line. I feel airtel is the best in connectivity and customer care. Initially there are lot of hiccups but later they are best.
