This seems to be extremely overpriced given the fact that this has a 8 year old dual core processor. You can pick up a used M1 mac mini for around 48-50k. This particular model you are selling was released in India for Rs 49,990/- and you still expect it to retain 60% of its value over 8 years.

People are selling Macbook pro 2013/2014 quadcore i7 models with retina display for 25k-30k and those were released for Rs 1.5L and are a much better buy over this.

Given a bare minimum depreciation rate of 10% per year for electronics (Usually much higher rate than this), you should be expecting around 80% depreciation over 8 years. So somewhere around 10-12k is what you would most likely get.
