Hi,i am planning to move away from my omen 15 as this thing makes SO much of noise and thermal throttles a lot that its pretty annoying and it struggle to run newer titles at 1440P resolution(Yes i have changed thermal paste).I am planning to slowly buy all parts except the GPU for now.I will probably buy 5070TI in future if its prices comes down to reasonable point or get a second hand 4070 TI super.I need help with case and cooler.I want something that can cool the system as its get pretty hot here that i rather get something that works good out of the box.If someone can suggest me other recommendation for case and cooler so that system remains cool and quiet within this price range i would be grateful. Also this psu is corsair SHIFT series(cables on side rather than on back),it is workable with this case but if other alternates to psu are welcome

Is this budget of 1.6 with or without GPU considerations?

I am planning to slowly buy all parts except the GPU for now.

How will you slowly build a new pc if you can't use anything from old system except storage?

Instead of 7600 go for 9600x. Mobo is okayish, personally will go with msi pro x870-p, for case corsair 4000D Airflow for easier dust cleanup and for cooler arctic liquid freezer iii 360 for overclocking headroom. Will cost around 80k to 85k for these alone including your mentioned ram and psu without gpu.

Instead of 7600 go for 9600x.
Why go for 9600x instead of a 7600 or even a 7600x. 9600x has similar performance to 7600x and is 4k more expensive. You can use PBO to achieve 7600x performance on a 7600 too. Buying a 9600x over a 7600x makes no sense. Gaming at 1440p is more GPU bound and a ryzen 7600 can handle even a 4090 at that res with minimal bottleneck. Only logical upgrade over a 7600 using a budget perspective is 7700.

I will probably buy 5070TI in future if its prices comes down to reasonable point or get a second hand 4070 TI super
Go for 4070 Ti Super as both have 16 GB VRAM but I doubt you'll find one at a reasonable price. I had a similar dilemma as you but recently got a discounted 5070 Ti or else would have gone with a 4070 Ti Super.
