'Major cables cut, Internet traffic disrupted' - Anyone facing bandwidth issues?

I am facing a cable problem locally apart from this! :@ ,and the mananeeya mahodaya who is the in-charge JE only wants to teach me about winblow$ even though I repeated n times to him that I scrapped it long back!.

my pings have spiked too... didn't check us based server but to singapore it has doubled since yesterday.
 
Getting excruciatingly slow speeds today on Rel WiMax. Even worse than when the cable cut problem began. Other Rel WiMax users, whats the status with you?
 
For me, download and upload speeds are slow too. Just spoke to Rel CC. They say the situation will improve only after 11am tomorrow.
 
Slow Speeds for my Fivenet Cable Net for dwlds as well as browsing. Was spared when the Cable was actually affected, but experiencing its after-effects now! :@

Other than Rel Wimax users and me, anyone else also affected? Or is it problems with my PPP over Ethernet Protocol??
 
I'm getting 2-3KBps on my 512Kbps connection for the past 2 days, its BSNL so they too dunno Jack$hit about it so have to pray for it to get back to normal soon.
 
I hear from people that there have been delays and that some line is expected to be fixed by the 4th of Jan as long as there are no more delays.
 
Reliance Wimax is still unstable.. was almost as good as normal but right now its fluctuating again
 
i'm getting such crapped up speeds since 2pm today.....ping to google takes 450+ ms and after 2-3 replies I get time outs...and this is on a 1MBPS unlimited Airtel connection.....crapp.....
 
ok got a call from reliance today informing that all services are now 100% back to normal. EU and US links restored to full speed.
