Make bootable PD for XP?

I want to install XP on my netbook, but for that i need a bootable USB. Tell me the best and most easy procedure to make a bootable USB with windows XP. I am really confused which method to follow when i am googling for it..

P.S. Tell only the tested method
 
you can use WinToFlash its is a free download and is totally portable

PS: i have moved on from XP long time back and work only on VM's (if needed) now a days so above tricks should work IMHO but not tested :wacky:
