Globe7 is really good, but it had a little delay as compared to wengo.. But at least u dont hav to call back again after every 2 min!

Wengo AFAIK is a open-source port or they're using some code-base from jabber. It's very much a WIP & quite some people are looking out at it. Globe 7 is news to me & have downloaded it yesterday although haven't installed & tested it out. Meanwhile guys have a look at Skypeout here

They also have a promo happening till the 30th of the month. Happy calling till then
