Can anyone please help me with the following problems
  • Which is the best software for web designing
  • Where can i get templates for free
  • How can i edit the flash templates

i Shall be very thankful to all
 
Last time I checked Adobe dreamweaver was considered pretty awesome. No idea about the second and the third questions.

If you know even basic Flash, editing Flash Templates is pretty easy. Template Monster, infact provides video demonstration of any queries on editing templates if you purchase their templates.

There is nothing best. It depend which you feel is easy. Adobe Dreamwever is considered as one of best. You can also use adobe photoshop.

Macromedia Flash MX or Macromedia Flash MX 2004 is good.

But I will suggest you to avoid flash if you don't know how to use.
 
1. Adobe dreamweaver ftw.. It's excellent software for designing purpose..
2. Google is your friend search there :)
3. You can use Flash MX2004 or Adobe Flash to edit the Flash websites..

110mb.com is good free host.

But you can get a .com for Rs. 400 - 500 and good paid web hosting for around 1K per year. Paid hosting is always better for serious website.
 
While Dreamweaver is easily one of the best programs out there(and I use it myself too :P) if you are looking for free templates, I would imagine that Dreamweaver will have a little learning curve for you.
If nobody here has seen this, then you need to, the below link will take you to wix where you can make all these really cool and free websites, I guess it's as easy as getting templates if not easier.... and pretty cool too.

till date i have made many websites using dreamweaver as core alongwith photoshop, notepad++ and with many javascripts freely available.
 
If you are seriously interested in learning to make Flash websites, you need to give yourself 1 week to learn.

First 4 days should be enough for you to get through the Essentials in Flash using this.

It has 4 hours of video lessons and gets you familiar with Flash.

Next 3 days try this tutorial

Creating a First Web Site with Flash CS4 Professional - Online Training Library - lynda.com

Running time is 3 hours. It bypasses lot of jargon and teaches quick and practical way to design Flash websites.

IMO this would be the fast and practical way to learn effective website building with Flash.

1. Adobe Dreamweaver to design an effective template, MS Frontpage to edit your web pages, add content and and make a complete website.

2. A simple Google search lists so many websites that offer free design templates.

3. Flash templates can only be edited if your conversant with Adobe Flash.Alternatively, you can check out free Flash website builders.
