Ive been looking to get into one so that i could start some game related projects
OR
Ive been thinking to form a Small Team which could include me and some guys from the Coding and Art Dept

I can arrange/write and produce from scratch/sound fx and sound design and i know Cubase/Fruity/Ableton coupled with a bundle of VST's.

Ive been into Gaming QA for over an year an half and know the Game Dev Cycle well and i could Game Design a Bit.
Lookin forward to start this asap
