Well this is the first time that I have been forced to come out in the open regarding a TE market deal which has not been completed by a member.

This is the initial FS thread started by seller kishan_razor in Jul 2010.

I had bought the Zotac GF9300 mobo which kishan had claimed got 24 months warranty remaining at that time. After some hiccups with the shipping, I received the motherboard in Aug 2010. Kishan mentioned that he had shipped all the accessories along with the board, however I did not find any accessories, most important the backplate and bill along with the board. Later he claimed that he has the backplate and bill which he will ship soon. After almost 5 months now, after sending repeated soft and polite reminders, he has not shipped the bill and backplate and has stopped responding to PMs.

This thread has been created only to request you to ship the backplate and the bill as soon as possible, as I mentioned in my PM earlier some months ago I might have to RMA the board for which I require the bill. And my chassis back side is empty without the backplate and attracting a lot of dust :P

I understand we all have other priorities in our life, but we have given each other enough time to fulfill our committments in the market.
 
That was nice of you to wait for 5 months and odd.. May be 1-2 months max I would have bought it myself locally but the most important part is the BILL.. atleast he could have sent that.. Now thatz a big NO NO..

I too waited for some 45 odd days, then he gave me the bill for the zotac gfx card that i had purchased from him. For that i had sent lots op pm:p, now i am still waiting for the acessories that came with it.

Sent pm a week back, he said wait...
Now what.

So krisha_razor, i presume u havent erased me from your memory. Please gave my accessories as well as the others
 
Even I had the same issue.

I had bot a HD 5850 from him, and he did not give me the BILL for it for a month or so. Earlier he was saying that he was busy, then he told me that he had lost it.

After repeated reminders the issue got sorted and he gave me a replacement bill for it. Although he didnt give me a bill for the PSU i took from him.

The way this guy buys n sells things on TE is frightening in the sense of the shear quantity of trades. But he sounded like a reasonable guy to talk to.

You should give him a call, it'll get sorted out i guess.
 
I know he is a reasonable guy, that the reason I have waited for 5 months. :P

I don't prefer calling someone to remind him about a bill and misc items, as I think its a little rude from my side, so I send PM to give enough time for the other party to respond.
 
have seen 5-6 trades going in circles from this Guy.....i certainly would never ever deal with him. Almost all his trades end up with either no accessory, no bill or none of both

thanks for bringing this to light for everyone....and hope u get ur bill soon

You're a Diamond mate.....

But sumtimes circumstances warrant that u be a bit firm (not rude, firm) with your point..... Hope ur issue gets sorted out well.
 
I think this is really a serious issue, his iTrade points are good but almost everyone who replied to this thread says no bill and accessories. So is he a really reasonable guy to deal with or just he manages to get some 2nd hand products and sells them....

As in case with @OP, no one can be that busy to ship a bill and accessories in 5months, not even president. (Sorry If I'm being so rude, but this is really end of patience, If I was him I'd really have lost my patience till now)

And how is it possible each time that he forgets to ship accessories and bill along with the product??

I think mods should look in to this now.

So much complaints.

BTW Best of luck @OP. And your values(policies) are really nice...that you waited for so many months and still not being rude.

I agree, even i'd have gone loco, 5 months is a lotta time.

What i dont get it why dont members who face problems while dealing give a Negative or Nuetral Rating. If everybody starts giving a a Positive Rating even though they face Issues while dealing then what is a point of this iTrust System? How is it safeguarding the interest of future buyers!
I can understand it when deals involve TE Dealers due to warranty Issues, but with members what have you got loose by giving a Negative/Nuetral rating?

If most of you don't get the accessories and bill soon then please report it here. We will see if his market access needs to be revoked.
 
^^ I bought a Seagate 1.5TB from him....first of all it had bad sectors on arrival itself....no bill as well. This is almost 4-5 mnths back.

@ Ren---- Just look at his volume of deals....some 4-5 deals with in total 20 items goes for sale together...If you do a close look you guys can guess what he is dng here :P...that time almost all members had supported him telling bad sectors would have caused in shipping and I had no other way to go :(

For me I am no more dealing with him....as all he says its his friends stuff for almost everything he is selling...so he doen't test everything before sending....and ya he makes a cut to do a sale on their part ! And no point revoking his market access..I am sure his friend will create an id from his behalf..he should be made to mend his ways by himself !

Thats precisely the reason I've deleted his last two threads. Dealer for sure

Exactly, members will be forced to conclude a deal in a more responsible and efficient way.

This guy took 1 month to conclude my deal, I gave him a -ve rating without second thought.
