One thing is for sure....this guy is here only for market section and has definitely not sent the bills in more than 5-6 occasions. Also has not sent accessories in multiple occasions.

Its good that we have such things coming into light:)....thanks to Shakensoul for this thread
 
Krishan i think you ve gotta come clean here.
Having dealt unsuccessfully with you before, i would support Supra's case of you not testing stuff before shipping. If you are indeed clean and selling stuff on your 'friends' behalf, then the least you can do is check the stuff before you send. If only you had done that it would have avoided the bitterness that this deal left me with.

Had bought a mobo from him which was faulty from the time i installed it, after 4-5 days returned it to him since my place did not have a RMA outlet for that brand. But he had sent me the bill and the backplate and also returned my money (with extra long delays).

You had sent the Mobo without testing it first, and the way it had been packed i dont think damage during transit would have occurred. I also remember you telling me about another guy from Delhi who you dealt with for a Mobo, his too had to be RMAed immediately after he got it. I am quoting from Supra that the HDD was packed perfectly too. Why not test it dammit?

This is what makes people assume you are a dealer more than a member on these forums, your meager post count only adds to everyone's doubts. Dont send stuff without the bill, the promised accessories and without testing once.

It seems i and shakensoul belong to the same category when it comes to patience, having taken you to be a reasonable guy after talking with you more than a couple of times. I surely wont deal with you in future. If you consider this flaming, then i cant help.

What you are doing on this forum might not be wrong technically, but it surely is unethical.

First he told me if required he will replace the HDD....if anything crops up in future....he is very sweet on the calls....and I fell for that :@

Kishan I know him as a friend. :)

I beleive he is bit busy for testing etc and sends it off to buyers trusting his friends word.
I dont think he will cheat.......but cant comment on delays :P (busy guy)

And a suggestion for buyers and sellers - please dont delay the transaction for more than a week. I have found that longer the delay, more likely the transaction will go ill with both parties.
 
Sorry for not updating the thread, I have received the backplate and bill from kishan, backplate seems to be for the mobo though yet to install it.

The bill provided looks a little dicey and it's a generic bill provided by a local computer store. I don't know if it will be accepted during a RMA process and will only know when the time comes. If its not accepted, I will update on this thread. So for now, no more issues from my side.

Anniversary of my purchase is coming up in less then a month time but still no bill no accessories after lots of reminders via PMs,Emails,phone calls,online chat etc.... Only promises are there but to no avail. Why not I give him his well deserve -ve rating and why he is still not be a banned member here after so many reports of his behavior?
 
^PM eddy, i too made a deal with this fellow and its still incomplete, so just PM eddy and explain him the reason, he can change the give itrust rating, i did so :)
 
kishan_razor pms whoever wants to buy a graphics card. That is good but as soon as anyone asks for the details like, bill, exact date of purchase, pic of the box, pic of the bill etc, he starts getting pissed and becomes borderline rude (his most common reply being..."bahhh!!! dude i cannot give you all the information, it will spoil my trade secrets!!" also this one "Mannn!!! you are amazing!! so many queries"). At least this was my experience. Twice I was about to finalize deals with him and fortunately better sense prevailed both times and I backed out.

AFAIK he is thriving on the other forums like IVG and E. Its high time the mods take a close look on his deals.
 
He is inactive on TE but pretty active on E dont knw abt IVG , on E someone had a wtb thread for a graphics card and he was very quick to PM him , i just alerted the buyer thats the least we can do if we see him trying to sell something just alert the buyer about his gimmicks.
 
Anyone has his contact details..plz PM me the details of mob no/email id ? The 1.5TB that I got from his last July have got lots of bad sectors now ( when I had got it then only had 2 bad sectors) and when I tried to RMA the same...it was rejected by Accel Frontline telling its not a valid India drive (not from Authorized Indian distributor). Now I need to either get where he bought it from and contact POC or get a proper bill of the same. He didn't provide me the bill as usual even after lot of follow ups !

Who knows, that drive might be a parallel market one.

I'm sure it must have been showing warranty on the maker's site and all.

^^ Yes before buying I checked warranty online and it was showing valid till 2013 on "Seagate Warranty Check"

Now when I try it for RMA its a parallel import drive and I dont have any bill to backup and fight with Accel Frontline !

If anyone has contact no....plz PM me....I will make sure he will have to stop all his selling in all the major forums :@

that should be the case , guys like him probably think he can get away swindling in one forum ...he should be banned in everyone of them
