Max Memory Supported by 6230

As the title goes, I need to know the max. MMC capacity that the Nokia 6230 can take.

A friend of mine got a 512Mb card for it but then the browsing and playback slowed down horribly so i guess 256Mb shud be good to go.

6230i also has the problems with cards more than 512mb
and 6230 is an old model which i heard does not allow cards more than 512mb
can anyone confirm???
and whatabout the sound quality of this phone anyone here can give me review

actually 6230 allows cards upto 1gb...but the phone get horribly low after putting one as its not powerful enough to keep accessing 1gb all the time....

a 256mb card is perfect for the phone...
