PC Peripherals Max Voltage for Corsair DDR2 RAM

Hey guys,
I have Corsair Value Select DDR2-533 RAM.
Ive overclocked it too 333.8 MHz, or DDR2-667 RAM Standard, on Stock Voltages.
I wanted to tighting up the timings a bit.
So whats the Max Voltage i can put through it?
1.8V is supposed to be the default.

Depends on what chip. If its micron D9 fatbody, you can easily push 2.3V thru it. If its anything else, it'll die pretty quickly at those voltages .

How do i find out.. zzz

Nothing's written on the Memory Chips.. Except "Corsair"

K.. How much gain will Intel Systems have by tightening the timings?

Im thinking hardly anything?
