Storage Solutions Maxtor HDD RMA ??

My friend has a 2 year old 80GB Maxtor Internal HDD. It seems the HDD has gone dead and he wants to get it replaced as it is still under warranty. Can anyone tell me where can he get it RMAed in Pune or Mumbai ??

Commerce centre building has RMA centers for a lot of other brands.
 
Should be there also - check with a local computer shop regarding who provides service for Seagate in Pune - if there isn't any register with the accel website for RMA and they will pickup the HDD from your place like WD.

Finally my friend is getting a seagate 250GB external drive for his RMAed 80GB external drive. :yahoo:

The warranty of this new replaced HDD will only be available till the old one's was valid right ?
