You don't need to name them, but I know that this (can) happens, and it is the cost of business. What about the genuine customer who loses if the item breaks in transit or is stolen/lost during transit? I don't think I can give my business to someone who operates in this manner. I don't really care that they lost to some scammer. How do I know that they (MD) are not the ones scamming if they have this policy? Can you rule that out completely?I won't name the person but a member once told me that he bought a cabinet from primeabgb and replaced it part with old one. then sent it back for replacement as product got damaged in transit. This way he managed to revive his old cabinet along with a new one at a cost of single item. It sounds good on his part but what about the dealer who lost here
