MDComputers return policy?

Hey guys just ordered parts worth 50k from MDComputers. Today I just had a major family crisis and need money for an emergency. So can't afford to buy those computer parts. Their return policy is pretty unclear. The parts have been shipped but I'm not planning to open any of it. Can I ask for a return?

TLDR : Need money for an emergency and want to cancel my order but its already been shipped. Can I return the items?

You need to visit this page and read carefully. From what I understood you need to connect over mail and phone.
If the item is shipped and you refused the item (I would suggest take a confirmation over mail about what to do i.e. simply refused OR accept the parcel and they will initiate a reverse pickup) at the door. They will refund the amount after deducting 5%.

I have returned items to them, as long as you don't open the box. They did deduct some thing nominal for the shipping.
