Media player that can stream SD and HD (upto 720p) over a Wifi 802.11g ?

Hello all,
I'm looking to set up a media player for my TV. My current TV is an old Sammy CRT hyeah:, but I plan to upgrade in 2-3 months. I know TVs these days can play most file formats over a USB pen drive itself, however I'm looking for a player which does this for me. I have the following requirements:

1. A player that can stream directly from my PC over a 802.11g (not 'n') router/wifi (Netgear) - something with capabilities of the Oplay mini.
2. More importantly, ability to stream websites such as Youtube etc - this avoids me having to pay too much for 'smart' tvs

I thought of setting up an HTPC, but it seems too much trouble + I don't have a spare PC.

My budget is < ~5k. Any other advice is most welcome!

I dont think any player can stream 720p movies smoothly over Wifi 802.11g..

WDTV Live might be your answer.

Price has gone up, I guess. Out of stock on Flipkart/ Letsbuy.

Used to be around Rs.5450 during November, before HDD prices shot up

krishnendu -even SD streaming should be ok.

venkiraja - Thanks! One question though - some of these devices stream based on location. Upon detecting India, they might decide to not stream anything at all! Do you have any experience with the Live , or know someone who uses it in India?
