Android Media Server and Android OS eat my S4 I9505

I have noticed original battery of my Galaxy S4 I9505 is eaten up by Media Server and Android OS when I checked the battery status. Uninstalling some apps, swapping the spare mpj battery, but didn’t get any solution yet. Please help fixing the battery issue, thanks.

Install wakelock detector application from play store, then charge the mobile fully and when battery reach less than 20%,it will saw which application using your battery the most, and then use greenify from play store to hibernate most battery consuming app to hibernate mode so they will start it background automatic...
