Received my PL-11 on Saturday, but got time to open it only today.

A couple of queries though.. One, I had the idea that you had started to give vat paid bills, although I didnt get any.

Second, I got 4 pair of tips in a plastic zip lock bag, 1 set was already on the earphones, and another 2 pairs were present with the earphones in space provided as well. So in total 7 pairs including the ones already on. Strange..
