Its been more than 2 months I guess and still no news on the RMA of my soundmagic pl-11 headphones and its just not me but many more , maybe the small amount is causing ppl not to bother to take it to mediahome but even the pl-30's are causing problems like loose jacks dat after some use develop lose connection problems and he rejects it saying misuse , how is it misuse when there is not physical damage .
