Well take it with a pinch of salt as the $4 shipping option comes via ordinary post which is not trackable.

Also nowadays customs official look at these kind of packages from companies with scrutiny as they are not properly declared (for obvious tax evasion reasons).
Nowadays Flipkart stocks them at reasonable price(cheapest considering reliability and after customs and shipping added).

Caution: Only few packges reach unscathed and fewer with no heavy duties to pay to the postman.Take this ad with a pinch of salt(understand when a deal seems to good to be true).In the end it is one's personal choice.
