well I bought this AD700 or atleast transferred 3k then 1.5 through NEFT(30.01.10 :ohyeah: ). I havent received the product as---
1.5kNEFT went missing, i have tried everything from my side(bank) to rectify the mistake(my bank is blaming the sellers bank) but the seller is not even sending the bank holders phone number(friend- i could contact him directly) or showing me a compaint recipt from his side.

After 5-6 months wait :P i have decided to call off the deal and i requested 3k be transferred to my account---My pms are being ignored.

then there is the matter of 1.5k " misssing"....the seller should at least show intrest in solving the issue or refund 1.5k
In the worst case if he hasnt received the amount. I need at least a complaint recipt from his bank side to recover 1.5k...(is it my mistake it went missing? havent i tried everything from my side:@)

(i have all the relevant details-complaint recipt to my bank etc......i have checked 10-20 times from past 6 months)
This is the first time i have opened a thread against anyone: I need to resolve this issue my this weeked. Even by my standard this taken too long.

And if anyone knows the op personally.......all i ask is refund of 4.5k. atleast plz do the courtesy of replying!(I havent got a single call from the seller!)

I don't know the OP personally but i think i do have his phone number in case you need it. I was trying to work out a deal with him earlier and he was equally disinterested :/ Take what you may from that but he wasn't really inclined to sell his product.

Well, the guy has Negative Feedback & personally i would not deal with a Guy with Negative Feedback online,i would rather meet him face to face but in your case it's not possible.

he has also mentioned on his thread that he doesn't have a Bank A/C, then how did you paid him?

did he provided Bank Details of any other person?
 
I am not in Delhi at the moment. My friend never received the 1.5k and 3k is still with him. I'll try to get in touch with him and let the OP know.

Still havent received the amount nor the number.........pretty much the longest wait here. I have got only vague responses. And i ma sure i will be getting it for a long time.
Abishek:Buddy I am tired of pestering u with Pms and wasting my time. I have given u more than 20 days time to transfer which is enough for any selfrespectimg individual. I wont be Pming u anymore, this thread will be updated everyday till the amount is transferred or tll the issue is resolved.

I need the amount transferred to my account by maximum 30th of september 2010.(I beleive I have sent my acc details n number of times)
And if ur dear friend kabir is not responding to u plz do inform him that i will be taking legal action against him by this month end. I hope it dosent come to that, I really dont want to do that but its my las t option.
I will be making all the transaction/phone number/account number public on September 30th.

And seriously i am having talks with my parents about lodging a complaint against the account holder and yourself. (plz understand me I have no ill will against u nor ur frnd........I waited too long, I have lost my patience)

PS: ppl if anyone knows this guy plz do inform his caretakers about the situation! The guy seems more lethargic than a cheater to me.
 
I met the guy personally and is pretty much a hassle free fellow.

Can vouch for him being genuine regarding the deal.

He seems to be a bit busy with his imminent departure for abroad.

My scanned copy of bill is yet to arrive in my email. Hopefully soon. But otherwise deal was good and i ll leave +ve rating as soon as i plug the smps in and check it.

And that is exactly I am worried about....I don't want him to forget this issue when its taking a serious turn. I have given more than enough time i think.(HALF A YEAR GONE SINCE I PAID AND GOT NOTHING :no: )

4.5k might be small amount for some but not for me! I have never been so upset before, I just want to be over with this asap.

He can pay me if he wishes to-- he is selling all his stuff on the forum and few days back spacescreamer got his psu. He is not paying me deliberately.

September 30th is the deadline buddy!

Can someone send his number please and address if you have.
 
If he has taken money from you and not delivered what was promised and not refunded you yet then the bangalore cyber crime division will handle this very well.

I am a bit surprised that Spacescreamer says he is a genuine guy.

Since this is pending for so many months and since he has not responded he seems anything but genuine.

LOL and you thought it was a joke? A member recently got owned and he paid his debts due, thanks to the police. I do not recall the thread but this happened in Bangalore IIRC.
 
Well, my net connection is/was out of order-anyway i have sent him account details(2 days back i think). Respond if u have transferred the amount + I need kabirs number or at the least a complaint receipt of his bank.

well this guy is having a laugh......I am in talks with local police as to how to lodge a complaint. Anyone with cyber fraud pls send suggestions.

I have had enough of u, I am making EVERYTHING PUBLIC BY SATURDAY AND I DON'T CARE WHO VOUCHES FOR THIS MORON.

Can someone in Delhi persuade him, I will be lodging a complaint and i dont want to do that unless necessary.
