ok mods pls ban this guy, he has shown that he is not a sincere person, he doesn't have courtesy to reply.

I am filing a complaint against this guy and a one "kabir Tyagi".

Bad luck buddy if u are not yet abroad. And I hope ur friend kabir is informed about the situation, he will be the one who is going to be nailed.....I have all the bank account transaction incudling your cheerful replies.

"Complaint will be filed on Sunday @12pm....Reply to my PM if u are sensible" else don't.

before that I will be making ur number,address, kabirs acc details public......Cheers!
 
^ if he was sensible, he would have replied by now. file the complaint tomorrow itself. don't wait for people like these to respond. else you'll keep waiting forever.
 
Go file the compliant tomorrow. Seeing as ur man was online half an hour ago and still not doing responding, I'm pretty sure he won't do anything at all.

If he has not yet left for abroad, it might get very difficult to do so. Some people really are penny wise and pound foolish.
 
neft problem arises when either account number is wrongly entered. i don't think it was your case. As I assume 3000 was transferred before right. It happened to me once while transferring SBBJ to ICICI to mumbai.

To solve neft problem, both parties need to visit the bank. There is a UTR reference number on each transaction.

Little bit of info

Normally if the neft error occurs, fund bounces back automatically to the senders accounts within 48 hours. I faced problems because I tried twice to transfer. The error that i committed was that i omitted two zeros in front of the account number. When I tried twice, there is a fail safe on server. So the amount comes to bank and not to the sender's account automatically. After an application the bank transfers the amount to the senders account through a bankers check.

I'd like to know if action was taken against this guy.

May i add that he was extremely rude when i had called him up to inquire regarding a product he was selling. Lives about half an hour from my place but after that phone call i didn't even bother going over to give the product a look.
