he said straightaway visit cyber cell dept. & lodge complaint and give your a/c transaction details & his a/c full details and your banks successful transaction proof. Next his full name and his cell no. and whatever you can describe about it.
Thats it!! Now just follow up with them and it will be sorted soon.
The culprit might face jail upto 6months & along with your money you will get compensation for this shit thing.
