Hey guys.

I am planning a complete change in the set of games I will be using for future graphics card reviews.

So creating this thread on purpose in gaming section to get inputs from the people who actually play games.

Give your inputs and I will try to get these games in the next review of new generation of graphics cards. ;)

(Please keep in mind that games should either be released in India or should be purchasable online through steam or other DD services. )

i dunno why people dun choose GTAIV for their GFX card tests, i know its quad loving game, but even the gfx card is used naa...

Some good games that can be played by people on budget(<7k). Maybe mainstream cards performance with Batman:Arkham Asylum, Left for Dead etc

Shooter:
Crysis warhead
Stalker: Clear Sky and/or if there is a newer version
FEAR 2

Action/Adventure:
Batman AA
Resident Evil 5 (I know its not taxing on the current H/W, but still people who dont know will wanna know)

Real Time strategy:
World in conflict (whatever the latest version is)
East India Company
And as you are talkin about benchmarking in the future, I think you will include AC2, COD 5 etc. when they are released.

My choice of games would be:

Crysis Warhead
STALKER - Clear Sky or Pripyat
Call of Juarez

For mainstream cards, FUEL and FEAR2 can also be included.

Do mainstream cards review if possible. Put in some of the best onboards, entry level and lower end cards and make a summary of the set of games that can be played well at say 1440x900 without having to spend more than 5k on graphic cards.

That I will do in november - december just before holiday season. The reason for this is that currently the market is in transition, and doing a review now will mean all the data is usless in less than 1-2 months time.

New ATI mainstream cards are coming, that will throw current pricing of even high end products out of window.
