Memory Card Confusion - Please help me out

Hey guys..I have a sony digital camera.
It uses this memory stick - Sony MSX-2GS 2GB Memory Stick PRO. MagicGate: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories

The problem is, i can't find a memory stick like this anywhere.
All i find are these - Sony MSMT4GN 4GB Memory Stick PRO Duo Card: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories

I bought this Sony MSMT4GN 4GB Memory Stick PRO Duo Card: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories and also bought a memory stick pro duo adapter ( it looks exactly like the memory stick my camera uses ) , but it didn't work.

Any solutions?

^... That's the original Memory Stick Pro... Nowadays pretty hard to find since Memory Stick Pro Duo is widely used or the newer M2....

Earlier SONY was providing it with every Pro Duo card... It does work... Try another adapter since maybe the one you got is not original... SONY is pretty edgy about it ...

Ask around in the market section, someone might be having this.. I've one but I tend to keep adapter converters for any emergency use so cannot give it...

go to a official sony service centre.they will help you with an adaptor or might even have some of these cards from old repair jobs.BUT time to get rid of this camera now as even sony is shifting to the micro sd standard now!!!!!. These sony repair guys charge a lot of money though!!!!!
