memory not detected in n72

hey guys, i bought a n72 few weeks ago, it was working fine for few days, now suddenly it is not detecting the memory card, i have checked with other compatible memory card, but the result is negative, is there any solution for this...........please help me i have paid lot to it

HEY WHAT BRAND MMC U HAVE AND CAPACITY?
i am using 1gb NCP in my N72. works like a horse...

is the mmc label or its plastic intact? if sometimes the plastic stuck inside the mmc slot, it wont detect

its 128mb MMCmobile card it came with the mobile.......

its plastic and label or intact, it detects once a while and then goes down

try formatting ur phone memory then it will work..
also reply back that did u drop ur phone ? if yes, you need to repair the mmc slot as the pins inside the slot may sometime get loose or may move inside. also try if ur card is working in MMC card reader... and try it in other cell

Mine one detected flawlessly, no Problems at all!! Must be a Nokia Org. One. Now I have got Kingston 1GB RS-DV MMC Card, this one too is being supported without any poblems. But mine one's battery gets drained out within 1.5 days.

my NCP 1gb takes less power :bleh: 2.5 days flawlessly max ; min 2 days

I didn't drop it, it all happened when i removed it and put it back!i have formatted the phone several times, any how i have given it to the service center!

n72 is known to have no memory caerd detected issue
