Laptops Memory Upgrade for Old Laptop

Okay, so I need to upgrade the hard disk and RAM of an old laptop. It is a Compaq Presario v2000. The variant is v2620ts.

Can someone tell me what is the highest capacity internal HD that I can fix in this thing? What about RAM? Which ones to go for? Where to get it?
